Your Rights
You have several legal rights regarding your personal data with Bold, including the right to access, correct or supplement, delete, restrict processing, transfer digital data, and object. Below, we explain these rights and how to exercise them with us.
Right to Access
Upon request, Bold will inform you in writing whether it processes your personal data. You will need to verify your identity with a valid identification document. In its response, Bold will explain which personal data it has processed or is currently processing, provide a copy, and detail the purposes of the data processing, with whom data has been shared, how long the data is expected to be stored, and other rights you may exercise.

You may request Bold to delete your personal data from its systems in any of the following cases:
- The data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was processed
- You withdraw your consent, and no other legal basis for processing exists
- You submit a motivated objection, and there are no overriding legitimate reasons not to honor it
- The data was unlawfully processed by Bold
- Bold is legally obligated to delete your data
- Bold collected your data via mobile or internet services.
Restriction of Processing
If you have reported an inaccuracy or incompleteness in your data, you may request Bold to restrict processing while it reviews your request. You may also ask for processing restrictions if you believe Bold is processing your data unlawfully, no longer needs it, or if you have objected to further processing. Upon receiving your request for restriction, Bold will process your data only with your consent or for compelling reasons (such as legal proceedings).
Digital Data Transfer
If you have provided Bold with your personal data in a structured, commonly used digital format and Bold has processed it based on your consent or as part of an agreement with you, you have the right to request a copy of this data. You may also ask Bold to transfer your data directly to another service provider.
Objection
You may object to the processing of personal data related to you at any time, particularly regarding profiles Bold may have created based on your data.
